Vehicle Diagnostics Tests
If you’ve had an engine light appear on your dashboard we can assist in diagnosing the fault. We offer an hour’s diagnostics from £70 + vat. For this we will use our specialise equipment to read the engine control unit (ECU) and note what is stored, run tests as to the relevancy of those error codes and narrow down the root cause for you.
Where relevant we can also clear codes in the ECU, test drive and re-check errors present and build a report, including error codes, and advise whether we need more time for further investigation or advise what needs replacing, including parts and labour.
In some circumstances further investigation with either a specialist or auto electrician may be required, we will be honest and advise if this if necessary.
